Nick Lees Sometimes an album hits you straight between the eyes, and you don’t quite know why.

There are no galloping sequences, not much in the way of a traditional tune. Instead it insinuates it’s way into my head that reminds me of classic 1960s electronic masters e.g. Morton Subotnick, without imitating. I find it an immersive experience.

Set in a dystopian ecosystem, the album unfolds a group of stories around places, plains and landscapes of an incidental experience full of dark, dense textures and chemical nuances that dialogue with the experience of the inversion in time of a being, without a clear identity, that interacts from multiple listening and observation points. Incidental Inversion projects the impossible-possibility of time coexistence between the human, the post-human and the machine from the Möbius inversion formula.
Instruments: field recordings, modular system Eurorack, Aion Modular System 15, Moog Matriach, Buchla Music Easel, Koma Field Kit and Field Kit Fx and Ciat-Lombarde Sidrax Organ.
